The cooperative “TUTTOSICILY” was created after recognizing the value of Sicilian traditional agricultural production and that of the traditional recipes of the region as well. For people today, we have carefully studied and re-created these fabulous recipes insuring quality and tradition are perfectly combined. The careful choice and processing of natural, basic ingredients — exclusively of Sicilian origin — guarantee extremely high quality.

The cooperative is located in the heart of the Iblea mountains, renowned for their history, beauty of sites, and the unique quality of their agricultural products which include: olive oil, vegetables, honey, and cheese, all with unmatched organoleptic properties in part thanks to the special soil of the region.
A few kilometres from Sortino (SR), along the country road Monte Mussuto, our olive oil company offers to visitors the chance to rediscover the area’s culture and its unique traditions.
Entering the companies’ seven-hectares olive grove the visitor will discover the importance that the making of oil has for the whole region.
A peculiarity of the TUTTOSICILY cooperative is that they themselves produce all the fruits and vegetables that are required for making patès and various canned products.
Only whole and mature vegetables are harvested at the moment they are fully ripened; they are then processed fresh within few hours from picking at the cooperative’s neighbouring processing facilities.
