Our extra virgin olive oil and the products of our vegetable garden are cultivated according to the organic farm production practices, and adhere to the guidelines and regulations set forth by the organic foods community.
Organic farming practices are a genuine guarantee to the consumer, as they require rules and laws be strictly followed—and this includes an absolute prohibition against the use of any phytohealth products or fertilisers of chemical origin.
If there are any changes or interruptions in the cultivation of agricultural products, even if such changes or interruptions are with a natural product allowed in organic cultivation, this has to be authorized by the established oversight association in order to insure that the rules of organic farming are correctly applied. The oversight association periodically inspects our cooperatives.
To farm according to the organic regulations means also to safeguard the environment and the consumer and guarantee high-quality and freshness.
